Who we are

Using this website

We keep the menu, prices and opening times on this site up to date, but they can change, sometimes at short notice. What applies on the day is what is on the menu and the board at the bar. Prices include VAT. All orders are taken at the bar.

Booking a table

Table bookings are made through our booking provider. Any deposit, cancellation or no-show terms are shown to you there before you confirm, and they apply to your booking. If your plans change, please tell us as early as you can so we can give the table to someone else.

Group and event enquiries

Sending a group or event enquiry through this site is a request, not a booking. Your table is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it, along with anything that applies to your group.

Offers, challenges and memberships

Every offer, challenge and membership (Towpathers) has its own terms, given to you with the offer or before you pay. Those terms apply to it alongside these.

Allergies and dietary needs

One oven, one bench, flour in the air, and nuts ground to order on the same bench. Please speak to the team before you order. Our gluten-free base is not suitable for coeliacs.

Children and dogs

Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome. Children must be supervised and dogs kept under control at all times.

Alcohol

We follow Challenge 25 and won't serve alcohol to anyone under 18. If you look under 25 we will ask for ID.
